Thank you for choosing Zari_Nailed_It! Please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

MONDAY-SUNDAY 11AM-6PM

✨ If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, please send a DM to @Zari_Nailed_It. If you do not have Instagram, feel free to message me through ChairWatch Messenger for possible accommodations.

✨ Please book using your legal first and last name.

✨ I do not work over another nail technician's work. A soak-off is required unless arriving with bare nails. Soak-off services are available for an additional fee.

✨ Inspiration photos must be submitted before your appointment. Changes to length, shape, design, or services during the appointment may result in a price adjustment and additional service time.

✨ APPOINTMENT FEES

(NON- REFUNDABLE)

• $5 late fee after 15 minutes

• $10 cancellation fee within 24hr

• $15 no-show fee

• $15 early appointment fee

• $20 same-day squeeze-in fee

• $25 day-off/late appointment fee

✨ APPOINTMENT POLICIES

• Clients with an unpaid no-show fee must pay their remaining balance before booking another appointment.

• Two no-shows will result in a permanent booking ban.

• Full service payment may be required at booking after a no-show or repeated cancellations.

• If running late, please call or message as soon as possible.

✨ STUDIO POLICIES

• No extra guests permitted on the premises unless approved in advance.

• Individuals not receiving services may not wait on the property.

• For client privacy and safety, salon address information may not be shared with others.

• Please remain on the premises for the duration of your appointment unless discussed beforehand.

• Please dress appropriately.

• Failure to follow salon policies may result in appointment cancellation or refusal of future bookings.

🧥 My studio stays cool. Please bring a sweater or blanket if you tend to get cold.
